Checking in
The run is getting closer! We are still sorting out details for the trip, but we have gotten a lot done this week. Everything is starting to fall together. Just keep running! The weather is getting good and I am really looking forward to some nice long runs outside. Lately I have been running hills and have seen tremendous changes in stamina and muscle tone. I will run three or four miles on the track then finish with 1.5 miles on the treadmill with incline at about 6 or 7. Drops a lot of calories and really makes running flats less tiring. Running hill drills for a minute as fast as you can is supposed to be really good for speed increase, but I haven't done that as I want to increase endurance.
